IBIERO
The Vietnamese craft beer restaurant chain has seen great success in Hanoi. However, when expanding to Saigon, the revenue did not meet expectations.
Fitmar successfully identified the root causes stemming from cultural differences among beer consumers in Hanoi and Saigon, proposing a restaurant model change. As a result, the newly adapted restaurant model has significantly increased daily revenue, without excessive advertising costs.
Fitmar’s Content Direction for the brand incorporates a strong sense of creativity and the Vietnamese cultural spirit, along with a Tone of Voice tailored to the target audience in the region. The project has been successful in attractingcustomers and establishing Top-of-Mind awareness, positioning itself as a leading brand in the emerging craft beer market in Vietnam.
JITO BEER GARDEN
Jito Beer Garden – renowned as the largest beer restaurant in Thu Duc. With over 100 diverse appetizers and a service motto of ‘Customer is God,’ Jito believes that dynamic and passionate young individuals need a place to recharge and socialize with friends or colleagues.
While the F&B model is not entirely unfamiliar, due to its vast space, Jito approached Fitmar with the desire to increase occupancy rates. Therefore, the age-targeted approach became the cornerstone of the outreach strategy.
Fitmar effectively addressed Jito’s challenges by attracting new customers and filling vacant positions in areas outside the main hall. Moreover, Fitmar successfully handled unexpected issues, including improving off-peak hours and weekdays, attracting additional individual customers to the restaurant.
SÓNO GRILL & BAR
Sóno is a modern fusion restaurant located in Thao Dien, Ho Chi Minh City. The restaurant offers Western dishes prepared from local ingredients.
Fitmar collaborates with the brand to redefine the brand identity and implements a Social Media Marketing and Content Marketing plan, as well as organizes events for the restaurant. The direction is to conceptualize a sophisticated, modern restaurant, accentuated by locally sourced ingredients from Vietnam.
BỜM
Bờm is a Vietnamese-European fusion restaurant located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. Founded by two talented young chefs, the restaurant aims to offer diners a unique culinary experience, blending the essence of traditional Vietnamese cuisine with distinctive elements of Western gastronomy.
Fitmar collaborates with the brand to revamp the brand identity, and implements a plan for Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and event organization for the restaurant. The direction is to conceptualize a luxurious, modern restaurant, infused with traditional folk materials, deeply rooted in Vietnamese culture in
every word and design style.
ROCK KITCHEN & BAR
Located in the bustling District 1, ROCK Kitchen & Bar is an upscale fusion restaurant model. Integrated art exhibitions, a multidimensional and romantic space, combined with Fitmar’s precise customer attraction strategy, have contributed to ROCK Kitchen & Bar achieving positive results in terms of revenue and branding.
In addition to attracting new customer files, events at ROCK Kitchen & Bar are designed to help target customers better shape the brand image and successfully attract the conversion of new customer files.
PRIME STEAK BOUTIQUE & CHILL
Prime Steak Boutique & Chill delivers the premium culinary experience of authentic Dry-Aged beef. Given its high-end segment, Prime faces challenges in reaching a customer base that understands and appreciates this aspect of the Beefsteak experience.
When partnering with Fitmar, we implement brand education to customers with the image of an elegant, cozy, Western restaurant subtly infused with a touch of local Vietnamese elements.
RẠN BIỂN
A renowned seafood restaurant chain in Ho Chi Minh City. The restaurant specializes in providing fresh seafood dishes, prepared in various styles ranging from traditional to modern.
With the goal of increasing bookings for VIP rooms, after a short period of collaboration with Fitmar, revenue from this category has increased by 30%.
MÙA VÀNG
A Southeast Asian culinary restaurant combined with an open garden space. Due to the relatively high price segment, the restaurant has yet to fully reach its maximum potential in targeting the desired customer base.
Fitmar has identified critical issues and provided essential solutions for the restaurant during the peak year-end period, with the objectives of:

CỦI ROOFTOP
A chain of rooftop bars with a chill atmosphere in Ho Chi Minh City targeting the young demographic.
After collaborating with Fitmar, Củi expanded from one branch to three in a short period (less than 1 year),
located in District 10 and Tan Binh District.
The personalized tote bag campaign with a table for 3, combined with the FOMO psychology of the
exclusive version and limited quantity, has successfully increased revenue for the restaurant chain through outstanding online bookings.
EROS COCKTAIL MODERN BAR
As a unique and extremely innovative Cocktail Bar model in Ho Chi Minh City, Eros Cocktail Modern Bar is
seeking a companion to join in building the brand.
Fitmar develops a promotional strategy that, while not overly flashy, aligns with the true spirit of a hidden bar, yet still maintains a certain level of popularity within the cocktail enthusiast community. Eros considers its
target customers as its intimate friends.
Fitmar emphasizes the olfactory experience as the central message for enjoying cocktails, creating a
distinctive character for the venue.
CHUT THAI
Chut Thai Restaurant is a newly established Thai cuisine restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City. With a luxurious,
blended traditional and modern style, along with authentic Thai dishes, Chut Thai quickly positions itself as a successful brand in the Thai restaurant market in Ho Chi Minh City and the surrounding area, where there is fierce competition in the same segment.
The Soft Opening and Grand Opening campaigns, guided by Fitmar, despite a tight preparation schedule,
successfully garnered significant attention and effectively reached the target customer base.

DU YÊN
Du Yên – a vegetarian restaurant is not only a place that brings the essence of pure cuisine but also a space to enjoy the subtle beauty of folk art with a somewhat rustic touch.
To better reach the right customer base and propagate the vegetarian culinary culture to a potential consumer group, Du Yên chose Fitmar as a partner right from the early days of the Grand Opening. The collaboration has brought about results exceeding expectations, receiving significant support.
MIYABI
Miyabi is a Japanese restaurant located in Ba Dinh district, the capital city of Hanoi. The restaurant leaves a lasting impression on diners with its contemporary artistic space blending with the distinctive traditional culture of Japan. It is a place where patrons can fully experience the essence of Japanese cuisine and culture.
Collaborating with Miyabi, Fitmar directly implements the entire brand identity construction strategy, as well as marketing strategies to boost revenue for the restaurant from the opening day, aiming for an exquisite Japanese culinary experience in the heart of Hanoi.
