JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Conduct research and plan content after receiving briefs from the Account team.
  • Manage and implement content across Social Media/Website channels.
  • Develop scripts for TVC/Viral/Seeding/Tiktok Videos.
  • Manage social media accounts as required.
  • Collaborate with the Performance team to analyze effectiveness and enhance content.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Mastery of Vietnamese grammar and spelling is mandatory.
  • Ability to adapt and transform writing style diversely.
  • Proficiency in using foreign languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet project deadlines.
  • High sense of responsibility and good stress tolerance.

2.GRAPHIC DESIGNER

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Plan concepts and ideas for implementation after receiving briefs from the Account team.
  • Execute content production according to requirements and adjust after receiving revision proposals.
  • Collaborate with the Performance team to analyze effectiveness and enhance product quality.
  • Test products on various media channels. Ensure accurate design according to standards, correct format/size/color before publishing or sending to production facilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Mastery of Vietnamese grammar and spelling is mandatory.
  • Ability to adapt and transform writing style diversely.
  • Proficiency in using foreign languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet project deadlines.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Perform attendance tracking, salary calculation, allowances, overtime pay, etc., on a monthly basis.
  • Participate in developing the organizational chart, job descriptions, KPI measurement scales, and operational procedures for the HR department.
  • Post information and organize recruitment activities.
  • Filter resumes, evaluate preliminary candidates, and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate with various departments to plan and implement cultural and internal training activities.
  • Monitor and assess the quality of personnel in accordance with the requirements of the Board of Directors.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience: Human resource management, planning, information synthesis, reporting, recruitment (priority given to those with recruitment experience).
  • Skills: Presentation / Document drafting / Communication / Planning.
  • Ability: Working independently, in groups, on business trips.
  • High sense of responsibility and good ability to withstand pressure.

  • Planning:
    - Develop implementation plans for the project.
    - Present to clients and the operations team.
  • Project management:
    - Plan and manage the project according to the schedule.
    - Manage and allocate tasks to the operations team to ensure timely renewals.
  • Administration:
    - Manage and coordinate internal team tasks.
    - Resolve issues and handle organization of team meetings.
    - Draft contracts for projects.
  • Communications:
    - Present and persuade customers to implement plans.
    - Care for and communicate with customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Optimize Facebook and Google advertising with metrics such as CPC, CPI, CPA, etc.
  • Research and plan advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor and report daily and monthly budget metrics.
  • Identify trends and insights for ad optimization.
  • Manage advertising resources, optimize current accounts according to changes in Facebook policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Has experience running advertisements for one year or more.
  • Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, perseverance, creativity.
  • Ability to read and understand data, analyze data, problem-solving, critical thinking.
